Our processing team worked extra hard to select the best beans for this years’ offering. In order to limit the inconsistencies known to be present in Dry Processed coffee, we exercised several rounds of control during our processing.
This years’ coffee is seriously sweet and full of complex red fruit tones. Slowly roast this coffee to Full City levels for a smooth full flavored and full bodied bean. Detect dark chocolate tones in the occasionally cognac flavored finish.
